Liebe CDU, Lieber Herr Mappus,

das Gewaltmonopol des Staates bedeutet nicht nur “Wir dürfen prügeln und niemand sonst.”, sondern vor allem auch, dass dieses Gewaltmonopol rechtmäßig genutzt werden muss. Nur bei konkreten Gefahr im Verzug kann überhaupt das Grundrechts auf körperliche Unversehrtheit ausgesetzt werden.

Aber so ist die CDU halt. Die sprichwörtlich und wortwörtlich große Keule kriegen immer nur die Anderen. Es gibt Bürger, die sich an Recht und Gesetz zu halten haben, und Ehrenbürger im Amt, die das natürlich nicht müssen.

Da zählen “Ehrenworte” mehr als Parteifinanzierungsgesetze. Da wird mit “Null Toleranz bei Rechtsbrüchen” Wahlkampf gemacht, aber von jüdischen Vermächtnissen fabuliert. Da werden Gutachten zu so Nebensächlichkeiten wie Atommüll-Endlagerung zurecht gebogen. Demokratie ist ein großer Manipulationswettstreit, und wer gewinnt, der gewinnt auch finanziell und einen Freifahrtschein für Rechtsbrüche.
